The Salt Cave in Woodstock is inside Forever And A Day on Hwy 92. The ventilation and salt aerosol in this salt room is strictly controlled and is slightly cooled. You'll be asked to don disposable booties over your shoes to walk on the salt as you make your way to the relaxing gravity chairs!

Afterward, join us for a meal nearby at Ipps Pastaria in DT Woodstock, if you are so inclined, for outside dining around the fountain. This has become a favorite thing to do after our salt cave meditations.
