Our Annual EOY Wrap-Up
December 31, 2021 5:00 PM (This is different from last year)
Free!
🥰Old Journals will be weighed and wrapped up, New Journals will be dedicated. Even if you don't journal, join us for Pranayam, Poems, and Prayers to wrap up 2021 and get a great new start to 2022! Have a candle or a fireplace fire nearby and your fave beverage. 🔥 If you are able to dedicate a couple hours after the session to working with any of the modalities we will mention, please do so! I've received very positive feedback about this from some attendees.
Zoom link will be emailed to those who RSVP.
Make time for yourself for online art events by our beloved collaborator, Ann Casey (aka CC Goodfellow, author). Former Woodstock resident, long-time artist now teaching and writing in Oklahoma, Casey's classes work for all levels, even if you think there is no way you could draw anything. Her gentle guidance will have you proving otherwise while having fun. Lessons have included contour sketching, line drawing, and exercises from “Drawing on the Right Side of the Brain.”
Look for the next offering to be announced in the Sky Yoga Newsletter along with our latest fun drawings!

When Christmas Comes by Andrew Klavan
More than a Vision Board - it's your best Self brought into 3D on canvas in multi-media, that is, any supplies you want to work with on canvas, wood, or even paper. Val will provide the quotes, prayers, and thought prompts to help you consider your next step and integrate them into your piece. Don’t worry about collecting your treasures for the first class. It’s a process and the first class is introduction to the Inner Alchemy Idea of making art to express yourself.
If you do have a means to glue items down, please feel free to start on Day One, Saturday at 11am, March 12. You can collect items anytime during the month to add to your projects. Think of it as a 3D picture you are building as we discuss way we deal with our Environment, Boundaries, our Inner Child and the Polishing we should the world.
Feel free to break out any and all of your art supplies, broken jewelry, CPS (cheap plastic stuff), tiny toys or ticket stubs, yarn or material scraps you've hung on to (just me?!), photos, concert t-shirts, and of course, magazines and printed words that touch your inner self. We'll mindfully integrate and acknowledge the pieces as we create!
$40 for 4 classes on four consecutive Saturdays starting March 12 at 11am-12:30pm through April 2, 2022.

If you are not sedantary, you probably get your Yang (active) movement in walking, gardening, cleaning, sometimes at work. Join us for some Yin (passive) yoga and slow, gentle yoga on Tuesday and Friday evening for 30 minutes. Dress comfy and sign on. Camera off is okay as long as I know who you are.
