The first of the two classes is a scheduled group class on Zoom, either a Wednesday night or a Saturday morning. Here you can take notes and ask questions along with other Pre-Beginners.

The second class is a scheduled one-to-one meeting on Zoom with Val. We’ll get on the mat and go through some basic poses, resources, and, of course, answer more questions, again, in private.
