Have you been considering getting into yoga for a while and just haven't felt comfortable? Maybe it's been a while and your body is different than it used to be when you "used to do yoga." Let me help you ease into the practice, be it at home or in a class at a gym or online, with us or with another studio. 

No worries, no judgment.

Learn or be reminded of why you wanted to start the practice and let's get you prepared to start out confidently even if it's a bit scary. Plus, it's only $35 for both classes!

Select a Time

The first of the two classes is usually on Zoom, either a Wednesday night or a Saturday morning, but we can certainly accommodate your schedule. In the first class  you can take notes and ask questions along with other Pre-Beginners. If you prefer, just ask for a private class beforehand.

No poses, just take a comfy seat at home.

FAQs

How do I login ?

The link to the Zoom meeting will be emailed to you. If you have never used Zoom before, make sure you have a device with a camera and visit Zoom.us to set up a free account. One account will work across all your devices, just remember your password.

Video Recordings

Group Classes are not recorded. If you would like your private class recorded for your personal use later, just let Val know before we begin. It will be available for you the next day.
