The first of the two classes is usually on Zoom, either a Wednesday night or a Saturday morning, but we can certainly accommodate your schedule. In the first class you can take notes and ask questions along with other Pre-Beginners. If you prefer, just ask for a private class beforehand.
No poses, just take a comfy seat at home.
